  Absolutely would not use this place ever again. Staff were not helpful or courteous. They dont feel for their customers at all dont care uf they are left out in the cold with no car.

  They gave me a dirty car and when I made them aware of it, they took to the back, sprayed it and brought back to in 5 minutes dripping wet. The clerk then proceeded to tell me that he upgraded me from a Toyota to a Volvo, not really an upgrade in my opinion, but either I didn't ask for an upgrade, I just wanted a clean car. When I returned the car I caught the bus driver watched me struggle with a heavy bag and didn't bother trying to help, he just stayed seated. The check-in guy was very nice and the car drove great though, so if it's all about the dollar, then go for it. As a business woman, I hate poor customer service.
