  Great customer service! Both Tom and Rachel deserve 5 stars. They're both super knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind. One area of critique. I would have preferred a bit more privacy while working through the deal and paperwork. Everything was done out in the open in view of other customers (luckily it was a slow day) and employees. That said, I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a Kia.

  My buying experience was great. But the service department has definitely caused me a lot of frustration. I came in for service on a weekend. They were very busy so I made an appointment. Next available was over a week later. I was very clear that I would be dropping off on my way to work and would need a rental car. They assured me a rental car would be available and I could drop off my car, sign some paperwork, and be on my to work. When I got there, there was no rental car waiting. I had to wait for a shuttle that ended up driving to two other dealerships before finally dropping a can load of us off at Enterprise. Later in the afternoon, I called to check on the status of my vehicle. I was transferred multiple times and sent to voicemail. I wanted to know the latest I could pick up the vehicle since I have to leave work early to get it before they close. None of this would have been a huge deal on a weekend, but I don't appreciate being told it's a 10 minute process and it turns out to be more like an hour. I also don't appreciate being sent to voicemail and ignored several times when I'm inquiring about my car. Step it up, service team. The sales guys outshine you in every way and your crappy treatment of existing customers makes their job a lot more difficult.
